Agenda(s)

Description

The Transition Improvement Plan (TIP), utilizes the resources developed by The National Technical Assistance Centers, Universities, and State Departments of Educations to create tools individual educators and school teams can use to assess transition, dropout policies, practices and strategies to create plans of improvement that ultimately result in more youth with disabilities staying in school and realizing greater post school success. Teams from districts including individuals representing special education staff middle and high school, SED, school counselor, and ACP coordinator are needed for district TIP completion. Staff can attend to learn the process and complete a individual plan if a full team is not in attendance. You will need this link at the start of the meeting.
