The Youth Transition Conference is designed for teens and young adults with disabilities and their families. Educators and other professionals are also encouraged to attend. Workshop sessions address options, issues and concerns young people face as they transition into adulthood. Topics include employment, postsecondary education, life skills, community resources, money management, assistive technology and more. Exhibitors from area nonprofits, state agencies and service providers are available to share information and answer questions.
